My yoga journey began in my late teenage years at a leisure centre in SE London. I came to the practice for the physical benefits it gave me, a complement to my exercise routine at the time. Little did I know that a few years later it would save my life.

I returned to yoga in 2013 after years of struggle with mental health. The mental clarity and relief it gave me was unparalleled.

I began to practice daily at a wonderful studio in Berlin, and slowly but surely began to see the overwhelmingly positive impact it had upon my life as the years unfolded. I knew that I had to share this beautiful gift with others immediately, but waited for several years to develop my own practice and understanding of this wonderful way of life before undertaking a teaching course to share it with others.
